1. Trade up for Evan Mobley

With Golden State holding two first-round selections, that gives them the ammunition to trade up if they can locate a deal. The top of the board is heavy on guards, which the Warriors do not necessarily need since they have Curry and Thompson as starters. With that, the Warriors could trade up to select the best forward in the entire draft in Evan Mobley.

This past year, Mobley solidified himself as a dominant force in the paint as a scorer and as a shot-blocker. Mobley played one season with the Trojans before declaring for the NBA Draft. In 33 games, the 7-foot forward averaged 16.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.9 blocks and 2.4 assists a night while shooting 57.8 percent from the field. For his efforts, Mobley was named Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year by the Pac-12 conference.

It never hurts for a team like the Warriors to trade up for one of the best overall prospects in the entire draft class. They have the draft capital to do so. With the Warriors having Green at power forward, they can always bring in Mobley off the bench and pair him alongside Wiseman to create a dominant young frontcourt duo (if they choose to keep the 2020 second overall pick).

If the Warriors want to send shockwaves across the league, they should consider making this move. But they would have to trade into the top-three to land him.
