3 Phoenix Suns players who won’t be back next season
2. Langston Galloway
Langston Galloway signed a one-year deal with the Suns last season and played 40 out of 72 games this year. The small role he had shrunk even more in the playoffs, and he barely touched the floor. Phoenix looks fine in the backcourt, which means Galloway will probably find another place to play this summer.
The team has its sights set on Paul and Payne this offseason, and the limited cap space makes anybody else expendable unless they’re willing to re-sign for another minimum deal. Galloway’s role on the team wasn’t truly defined either, which probably contributed to his diminished role on the squad. That could easily prompt Galloway to look elsewhere in free agency.
