The men’s gymnastics individual all-around final is nearly underway in Tokyo. We give you all the information you need to tune in and watch.

The individual-all around is just hours away (in Japan) from commencing. We’ve seen quite a variety of athletes perform in the individual all-around category, leaving us excited to see who will come out on top with the gold.

The men’s individual all-around is to hit the stateside airwaves on July 28 at 6:00 a.m. EST. The time difference has the all-around kicking off at 7:00 p.m. in Tokyo.

The winner of the men’s individual all-around can really be a toss-up this year. With Sam Mikulak pushing for gold after his performance on the parallel bars, he makes a good contender.

However, you can’t rule out the Russian Olympic Committee and their performance in the team final, winning the gold for the first time in over two decades. It was also a huge upset over Japan, the home country, and an eye-opener for the United States, who finished fifth overall in the team event.

While there may be a lot of catching up to do, the men will definitely be fighting tooth and nail to get the gold in this final showdown. The all-around final and the full schedule can be found on NBC Sports.
