Odds of every NFL team winning Super Bowl 56: Philadelphia Eagles +7500

The NFL can be a perplexing place. Less than five years ago, the Philadelphia Eagles had the makings of a bonafide dynasty.

During the 2017 season, quarterback Carson Wentz was the leader in the clubhouse for the MVP award before tearing his ACL. Still, even with that, they managed to take down the heavily favored New England Patriots.

Their triumph in the big game mostly came down to a stacked roster and head coach Doug Pederson. Also, with Wentz set to return the following year, many believed that constant Super Bowl parades would be planned in Philadelphia.

Fast forward to today and the franchise is in disarray. Pederson as well as Wentz are out the door. The franchise is now hoping that Jalen Hurts will turn into something special, although they aren’t completely sold on him.

Considering the franchise failed to produce a single receiver to crack a thousand yards last year, their aerial attack isn’t going to scare anybody. If Hurts can become a franchise-caliber quarterback then that’ll help them down the line. As for the 2021 season, they have no chance of even sniffing the playoffs.
