Fantasy Football: 5 players that could win your league in 2021
4. Ryan Tannehill, QB, Tennessee Titans
Like Lockett, Ryan Tannehill has been sneakily very good, yet so overlooked every year. Since joining Tennessee, he’s drove them into AFC contention every season he’s been there. In 2020, they surprisingly made the AFC Championship game, falling short to Kansas City.
Last season, Tannehill was fantasy’s QB8 and was a weekly starter for players lucky enough to pick him up in time, as he didn’t get drafted in a lot of leagues. Tannehill finished ahead of Ravens’ quarterback Lamar Jackson, who was drafted within the first five rounds of drafts last year.
Again this season, nobody seems to be buying in on Tannehill, who finished with 3,819 passing yards with 33 touchdowns against seven picks.
A FanDuel article previewed Tannehill’s fantasy outlook, which includes ‘career-high upside’ in 2021. If you drafted him later in your drafts while stacking your team early on, you’ll be in position to contend in your league, as Tannehill is headed for another top-10 fantasy finish in 2021.
