Billy Turner

Aaron Rodgers wasn’t in MVP form in the slightest, but he didn’t get much help up front. The offensive line gave up two sacks while right tackle Billy Turner was in trouble for much of the day.

Why did Jordan Love lose a fumble in the red zone? Because Turner let his man through to the quarterback.

Turner didn’t make up for it in the rushing attack as the Packers managed just 43 rushing yards.

It might be harsh to single out one offensive lineman, but there has got to be a better option than Turner.

Dean Lowry

Like the offensive line, the defensive line, in general, wasn’t good enough. They were opened up for 171 Saints rushing yards and failed to make Jameis Winston’s life uncomfortable.

Dean Lowry stands out as someone who needs to start pulling his weight or lose his job.

It’s one thing to struggle alongside your entire unit, but Lowry committed a costly penalty on fourth and goal from the Green Bay 3 yard line. He lined up in the neutral zone and set up a one-yard touchdown pass on the next play.

This is Lowry’s third year as a full-time starter for the Packers. His production doesn’t justify a starting place any longer.
