10 QB sleepers to target for fantasy football 2021 Week 2

Teddy Bridgewater vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

The New York Giants played host to the Denver Broncos this past weekend, and they were beaten pretty soundly by Teddy Bridgewater and company. Despite losing star wide receiver Jerry Jeudy in the game, the Broncos offense played well under Teddy B, something that should continue this weekend against Jacksonville.

In their Week 1 matchup, the Jaguars got lit up by Tyrod Taylor, a signal-caller we will get into a bit later. The matchup in Week 2 is not going to be easier, as Bridgewater proved to be an excellent leader of this offense, drawing praise on a hot mic from Broncos star defensive player, Von Miller.

Against New York, Bridgewater completed nearly 78 percent of his passes, racking up over 260 yards and two touchdowns. He also did not throw an interception, and against this Jaguars offense, Denver’s defense should put the Broncos in a position for Bridgewater to excel again on Sunday.

Jared Goff vs. Green Bay Packers

Jared Goff got off to a rough start in his first game with the Detroit Lions, as it looked like it would be a blowout early for the San Francisco 49ers. However, Goff and the Lions’ offense settled down, and there was certainly no quit in them, as they almost came back against what should have been a superior team.

On Monday night, Goff and the Lions will once again play a superior team, but one that he could have some success against. The odds are, the Lions are going to have to go to the air early and often against the Packers, especially if they go down early, making Goff an excellent fantasy play to end your Week 1 slate.

Green Bay looked terrible against Jameis Winston and the New Orleans Saints in Week 1, as Famous Jameis threw for five touchdowns in the victory. Goff should have time to throw, and if he does, you can expect this NFC North battle on Monday night to be turned on its head.
