Week 4 college football picks against the spread: How to bet every Top 25 game
Week 4 College Football Picks Against the Spread: No. 15-11
South Florida at 15 BYU (-23.0) – Over 54.0
South Florida has already proven to be barely a speed bump for ranked or Power 5 opponents this season, losing by a combined 67 points to NC State and Florida. BYU’s offense is absolutely cooking right now and, while this is a letdown spot after two big Pac-12 wins, the Cougars should still have enough in the tank in Provo to make quick work of the Bulls, though their defense will let up enough to get to the over 54.0.
14 Iowa State (-7.0) at Baylor – Over 47.5
Baylor isn’t as good as their 3-0 record would ultimately suggest but Iowa State hadn’t inspired any confidence until beating up on UNLV last week. Brock Purdy looks like a shell of the player he was and the offense just hasn’t clicked much. But this isn’t out of the norm for the Cyclones under Matt Campbell. They have a knack for turning on the jets when Big 12 play gets started and this could be the beginning of that in 2021.
Tennessee (+18.5) at 11 Florida – Over 63.5
Another letdown spot, Florida is undoubtedly going to be down a bit after playing Alabama so close last week, even if they came out on the losing end. I have no doubt that the Gators will pick up the big victory staying in The Swamp this week but Tennessee has shown enough juice offensively under Josh Heupel to make me think that they’ll keep this as a two-touchdown affair in a relative shootout.
