3. Raiders will have a special teams touchdown to stun the Bears

This is going to be one of those plays where the Raiders take full control of the game. It could happen in the first quarter or the fourth, but it is bound to happen. The Raiders are going to score a touchdown in special teams. This could come on a kickoff return, a blocked punt or a trick play off a Bears’ field-goal attempt that went oh so horribly wrong. Raider Nation will love it, though.

There will not be a louder moment inside of Allegiant Stadium than while the Raiders are hitting special teams pay dirt. It will be a complete momentum shifter, as the Raiders will play with supreme confidence on their combined next four series, offensive and defensive. This will be the epitome of football quicksand for the visiting Bears and one bad mistake that will totally snowball.

In terms of what led to this special teams touchdown happening for the Raiders, it will be more about poor execution on the Bears’ side of things rather than how well Las Vegas took care of business. This will be a play Matt Nagy and the rest of the Bears coaching staff will be raked over the coals on sports talk radio come Monday morning. All the while, the Raiders will be loving it.

This will not be the play that finishes the Bears off, but this is the play where everything turns.
