1. The Raiders will get back to playing inspired football under Rich Bisaccia

While Raider Nation would love a victory here, that is not the most important thing on Sunday. What really matters is the Raiders players and remaining coaching staff looking at each other and deciding they are not going to give up on the season. They are 3-2, not 0-5. They are playing home games in a stadium they can be proud of. Now is not the time to quit and make business decisions.

The Raiders will put forth a more inspired effort vs. Denver than they did last week vs. Chicago. While Denver could have the upper hand in the X’s and O’s department on Sunday, Las Vegas will be playing with a lot of heart and emotion. They are playing for something bigger this weekend. Though it may not be enough to beat Denver at Mile High, Bisaccia can be proud of his team.

So if you think the Raiders are going to mail it in because their former head coach is a bigot, then you are sorely mistaken. This team is too talented and too proud to keel over and die. It will be an uphill battle the rest of the way, but nothing has ever been easy for this team. Denver may hand the Raiders their third straight loss on the year, but the effort will be valiant and commendable.

Las Vegas may still need another week to purge out the negativity, but they are well on their way.
