1. Kevin Stefanski will devise a great gameplan to stop the losing streak

Even if the Browns are up against it physically on Thursday night, this is a game where head coach Kevin Stefanski will have to earn his stripes. He did a phenomenal job in year one leading Cleveland a season ago, but he cannot be out-coached by a guy who is starting to feel some pressure in Denver’s Vic Fangio. This game is at home and the Browns should win games at home.

As much as Stefanski likes to use the run to open up the pass, he is going to have to accept that he is going to need to pivot from his offensive tendencies to get it down. While Case Keenum will not have to throw the ball 50 times in this one, Stefanski must be more comfortable with letting his quarterback sling it, well, because he has to. Cleveland is not at 100 percent, but who is right now?

Most importantly, Stefanski is going to need to get his team motivated to beat a team it should at home in the Broncos, especially after how devastating the last two games were. While the Los Angeles Chargers and the Arizona Cardinals have the feel of playoff teams, only the winner on Thursday night can feel that way about their team. This is when Stefanski must prove he’s elite.

By the skin of their teeth, the Browns will stop the bleeding and beat the Broncos by three points.
