1. NFL teams that should be on upset alert in Week 7 – Kansas City Chiefs

There isn’t a mystery much greater in the early NFL season than figuring out exactly what happened to the Kansas City Chiefs. The reigning AFC Champions have struggled mightily on defense in the early going, which combined with some uncharacteristic turnovers from Patrick Mahomes has led to a sluggish 3-3 start for the Chiefs.

Things appeared to click for Kansas City in the second half of their Week 6 win over the Washington Football Team, a promising sign for the Chiefs in a tough AFC West. Optimists will look at that half as the moment the light went on for the Chiefs, but they still face a tough matchup in Week 7 against the Tennessee Titans.

FanDuel has set the Chiefs as 5.5 point favorites against the Titans despite Tennessee’s upset against the Bills on Monday night. Some key injuries for Tennessee, including the loss of left tackle Taylor Lewan and wide receiver Julio Jones, have pushed the line further in the direction of Kansas City.

This game is still a dangerous one for the Chiefs since they have to deal with Derrick Henry, who is the most dominant running back in the NFL today, allowing the Titans to maintain possessions to keep Mahomes glued to the sideline. The injuries may hurt the Titans too much to win this game but Tennessee has proven that they can’t be taken lightly.
