1.  Marlon Mack for 2023 5th-round pick

This trade is interesting and something, like Ingram, that has been floating around Twitter for a few days. Marlon Mack is clearly not getting carries over Johnathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines has the passing down duties locked down. Appearing in less than 20% of the Colts snaps this season, Mack is the odd man out and almost certainly will be traded prior to the deadline.

The 25 year old running back has been successful when given the opportunity. In 2019 he ran for over 900 yards and 9 touchdowns. He followed that up with a 1000 yard, 8 touchdown season in 2020. Unfortunately he tore his Achilles’ tendon in 2021 which complicates his trade value. Not to mention the very public comments he made regarding being traded.

Kansas City has been linked to Mack in reports by ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. Starting running back Clydes Edwards-Helaire is on injured reserve with a knee injury and veteran backup Damian Williams has filled in nicely. As a team Kansas City ranks inside the top ten for most rushing yards with 827 yards and fourth with 5 yards per carry. However, the fact that the team has been linked to Mack would mean that they are not happy with what they have in the backfield with Mahomes.
