Go after a receiver

The Browns should have one of the best receiving corps in the NFL this year. Unfortunately, Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr. have been injured and often ineffective. It’s time for some new blood in that wide receiver room.

Cleveland could have several major targets to take a look at as a replacement for OBJ. Brandin Cooks is arguably the best of the bunch as a receiver who has proven his ability to change teams and make an immediate impact. He’s handled moves well before and he could hit the ground running in Cleveland.

Cooks is far from the only option though. Allen Robinson is rumored to be unhappy with the Bears and would give defenses plenty of trouble with the Browns.

The Jets have Denzel Mims, the Cardinals have Andy Isabela and the Saints have Michael Thomas. Any of those could be available. Michael Gallup of the Cowboys is yet another receiver mentioned in trade speculation.

The names are out there. The Browns just have to go out and get one.
