3 teams that would be perfect fits for Odell Beckham if Browns release him
Los Angeles Rams
If Beckham wants a shot at winning a ring, and it’s clear that he would, then look no further than the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams currently have the joint-best record in the NFL right now at 7-1 and Matt Stafford looks like an MVP candidate in his first year with the team. Everything is going according to plan for Sean McVay’s team.
On top of that, the Rams traded for Von Miller prior to the NFL’s trade deadline. They’re all in on a Super Bowl run this season. Would they be willing to take a gamble on Beckham until the end of the season?
The Rams have a strong roster, but after they placed Tutu Atwell on season-ending injured reserve and waived DeSean Jackson on Tuesday, their depth at receiver is thin. Outside of Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods, the Rams only have two other receivers – Van Jefferson and Ben Skowronek – on the roster.
Now, Beckham wouldn’t be the focal point of this offense – in fact, he could even end up playing third fiddle behind Kupp and Woods, but he’s just too talented not to make an impact for the Rams and in their pursuit for a Super Bowl ring.
The only potential drawback is the Rams have a good thing going right now, they might not want to add another star name and potentially rock the boat. Too many cooks, and all that jazz, right?
