3. Derek Carr will throw for over 300 yards for the third game in a row

One thing that has been a driving force for the Raiders this season has been the great play of starting quarterback Derek Carr. The three-time Pro Bowler is once again playing at a Pro Bowl level. He has completed 67.7 percent of his passes for 2,269 yards and 12 touchdowns in seven games to only five interceptions. He has also thrown for over 300 yards in five of their games.

Interestingly enough, the Raiders have won every game where Carr has thrown for over 300 yards. Conversely, the Raiders have dropped both of their games in which he was held under 200 yards passing. So this is a pretty strong indicator of how well the game goes for the Silver and Black. If Carr can sling it, the Raiders will probably win it. So how many yards will he throw for?

Look for Carr to throw for over 300 yards passing for the sixth time this season and for the third game in a row. The good news for the Raiders is when he approaches the 300-yard passing threshold, Carr goes over it fairly easily. He has thrown for no fewer than 323 yards in a Raiders’ victory this season. An early start could make this difficult, but Carr finds a way to get it done.

Look for Carr to complete around 64-percent of his passes for 330 yards and three touchdowns.
