9. Nyheim Hines – Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts proved last week they can absolutely hold two very productive running backs at the same time. Jonathan Taylor was the second-best player in fantasy against the New York Jets. He destroyed them on the ground, putting up big runs in the first half and scoring easy touchdowns. However, that didn’t really impact Nyheim Hines from a fantasy perspective. Hines still had 74 yards rushing, six catches, 34 yards receiving, and a touchdown. That’s a huge fantasy day.

This week, the Colts are taking on the Jacksonville Jaguars. They are coming off a dominating defensive performance against the Buffalo Bills. Teams like the Jags aren’t the best at reacting to big wins with more wins. Usually, it leads to distractions, and this is already a team that’s allowed eight touchdowns on the ground this season.

8. Zack Moss – Buffalo Bills

Speaking of the Bills, the offense from the previous favorite to win the AFC did absolutely nothing against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Zack Moss has been inconsistent, to say the least, but Moss is a player that has some aspects to like. We did not like six yards rushing he put on the board last week, but a matchup with the Jets is just what the doctor ordered for the running game.

The Colts rushing attack is one of the best in the league, but everyone is having success against the Jets. The front seven for Gang Green is opening up huge holes on just about every play. The Jets are averaging 39 points against running backs on a weekly basis. Not only is that last in the league, but it’s last by an average of more than 9 points. The Jets have allowed 14 rushing touchdowns. That’s insanity, and if Moss can’t advantage of that, cut him.
