29. D.J. Chark

Chark is another guy who won’t play again this season due to injury. His ankle should be ready to go by the time next season rolls around though which gives him a chance to earn a solid payday on the open market.

He’s also a pretty good bet to leave Jacksonville due to obvious friction with head coach Urban Meyer. That doesn’t change the fact that he’s a 6-foot-4 wideout who runs a legitimate 4.3. Chark isn’t the most consistent wideout in this free agent class but he is one of the biggest deep threats.

Admittedly, Chark’s tape can frustrate talent evaluators. He can frequently be criticized for failing to play up to his size when it comes to making catches down field. That’s why he projects as more of a No. 3 wideout than his physical profile might suggest.

Look for a team with a high-powered offense to roll the dice on Chark becoming a difference-maker as their No. 3 option this offseason. He’s still young so there’s a fair bit of projection left in his game. If the light comes on for him after leaving the Jaguars then Jacksonville’s coaching staff will have some serious regrets about letting Chark walk.
