9. Latavius Murray, Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens cut Le’Veon Bell this week, and most analysts believe that shows that Latavius Murray is ready to return to the field. He has been out since Week 6 with an injury, but when he is on the field, he is clearly the best option for the Baltimore Ravens running game. Lamar Jackson has been basically a running back since the run-heavy Ravens offense has been without three top running backs all season.

Murray can give the Ravens an edge against a Chicago Bears team that is actually good against running backs so far this season. They only give up 22 points per game, but Jackson is going to throw off that defense, giving bigger holes to Murray in his supposed return to the lineup. Obviously, Murray has to be in the game for fantasy players to start him, so keep a keen eye on the Ravens game this week.

8. Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Kansas City Chiefs

We are ready to get hurt again. Clyde Edwards-Helaire looks like he is ready to return to the lineup this week after he missed a few games with an MCL sprain. It was probably best for him since the majority of his time out the Chiefs offense was figuring itself out. After a huge week against the Las Vegas Raiders, the Chiefs’ offense looks to be back on track.

Edwards-Helaire could follow in the footsteps of Darrel Williams, who had a huge week last week. CEH is the most talented guy in that backfield, and the Chiefs will give their former first-round pick as many chances as possible. This week, if he’s ready to go, he will get a shot to make the Dallas Cowboys defense pay. Dallas has only allowed five total touchdowns to running backs this season, so that’s worrisome, but the Chiefs’ offense will have them on their heels for most of the game.
