9. Rashaad Penny – Seattle Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks did not have a great week last week, but DeeJay Dallas had a great fantasy day. He had 14 fantasy points in PPR leagues while Rashaad Penny only had six points. It was not a great week for those who relied on Penny in a big spot, but this week is a little different. For one, the Chicago Bears are pretty brutal right now, and they’ve allowed 380 rushing yards to the position over the past month.

Penny is also looking to establish himself on a Seahawks team that is only looking towards the future. Seattle has nine losses, so any sliver of hope for the postseason is gone. They just had one of those seasons where everything went wrong. Penny will get a chance to show whether the former first-round pick is someone worth keeping or if the Seahawks should move on. This will lead to a lot of carries this week against a Bears team that is in the same position.

8. Clyde Edwards-Helaire – Kansas City Chiefs

We just can’t quit this man, however, this might be the best matchup of the week. The Steelers have been brutal against the run over the past month. They’ve allowed 658 yards over the past four games. They’ve also allowed 24 catches for more than 180 yards. The Steelers are in a weird spot when it comes to postseason possibilities, but they are dreadfully bad against the run.

We can’t leave Clyde Edwards-Helaire off the list this week. CEH did not have a good game against the Chargers, who also have a brutal run defense. However, nine points wasn’t the worst outcome we’ve seen. He also had 16 points the week prior. This week should be a nice bounce-back for Edwards-Helaire.
