7. Tony Pollard – Dallas Cowboys

It’s clear now the Dallas Cowboys are going with a two-tiered running back approach. Ezekiel Elliott is no longer the top guy, he’s the 1A guy. Tony Pollard is the 1B, and it’s working well for the Cowboys. Dak Prescott has struggled on offense, so the running game has been forced to carry more of the load. Last week, this led to Pollard and Elliott having good weeks at the same time.

Last week, Elliott had 16 points and Pollard had 11 points. Neither is going to be a game-winner on those point totals, but they are both easily startable options with those outputs. Over the past month and a half, Pollard has been a very productive back for the Cowboys and fantasy owners. He’s worthy of a start this week against the Washington Football Team.

6. Devin Singletary – Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills are going into another game with the New England Patriots after they stunned them on Monday Night Football a few weeks ago. The Patriots’ game plan really threw off the Bills, and it really put their offense in the tank. That won’t happen again. Sean McDermott will make sure he will do everything in his power to show that was a fluke.

The Bills need the running game to at least keep the defense honest. Zach Moss has failed in his role this season, and Devin Singletary is once again the main guy in the backfield. No matter how often the Bills try to find someone else, he’s always THE guy by the end of the season. The Patriots have allowed some decent fantasy games on the ground before, and Singletary could be in line for a chance with the Patriots dealing with a COVID outbreak.
