8. Foster Moreau, Las Vegas Raiders

Rostered: 16.3 percent

With Darren Waller out, Foster Moreau has served as the Raiders’ number one tight end, and last week, he was finally able to capitalize on his opportunity with seven receptions for 65 yards on nine targets against the Cleveland Browns.

With Waller out, Moreau has received 15 total targets across his past two games. Waller did not participate in the Raiders’ practice on Wednesday.

If Waller does not play on Sunday against the Denver Broncos, Moreau will be in line to play a significant role, once again. He is a solid streaming option.

7. Ricky Seals-Jones, Washington Football Team

Rostered: 11.1 percent

Following Logan Thomas’s season-ending injury, Ricky Seals-Jones is locked in as Washington’s top tight end, and he was targeted seven times last week against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Starting quarterback Taylor Heinicke was sidelined last week, as he was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. With Garrett Gilbert starting at quarterback, Seals-Jones was only able to produce 29 receiving yards.

With Taylor Heinicke activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list on Thursday, Seals-Jones will have a higher ceiling against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night. He is a high-upside option.
