4 NFL quarterbacks who should be benched after Week 16

Baker Mayfield was in the giving spirit by throwing four picks on Christmas Day
We are four years into the Baker Mayfield era of Cleveland Browns football and we still don’t really know if he’s a franchise quarterback or not. Is he good to start in this league? When he’s healthy and has all the necessary talent around him, then yes. However, this year has exposed him for being a trailer more than a tractor under center. He has not been healthy, but this is the NFL.
Even though it has been a trying season for the Browns, they were right there with a chance to pull off the stunning road upset of the top-seeded Green Bay Packers in the NFC on Christmas Day. Instead, Mayfield became Pick City and was handing out interceptions like Lloyd Christmas was handing out crisp, $100 bills many Mary Moons ago up in Aspen. We landed on the moon!
There will be several reasons why the Browns will inevitably fail to live up to the hype this season. They didn’t have a running game to lean on for stretches. In some games, all Cleveland could muster was a Big 12 defense. Unfortunately, Mayfield is more likely to leave the Browns after his fifth year with the team than to get a long-term extension to really become the next Bernie Kosar.
The only Christmas hat Mayfield should be wearing after the Packers game is a Golden Sombrero.
