The Bills got their revenge already

When the Chiefs blew out Buffalo in the playoffs last year, they did so at Arrowhead Stadium. So it should be a concern that a hypothetical divisional playoff meeting between the two would again take place at Arrowhead.

However, the Bills have already exorcised that particular demon in a big way. When they faced off in Kansas City during the regular season, Buffalo ran away with a 38-20 victory. They don’t need a change of venue to come out on top again.

In that meeting, the Chiefs’ defense was at its worst. It won’t be so easy to put up 38 points on them. Still, KC gave up 34 points to the Bengals and 28 points to the Chargers in recent weeks. They also ended the season giving up 24 to Denver.

The defense is better, but it isn’t impervious. Buffalo has more than enough firepower to put up points and the defense is playing well enough to keep Patrick Mahomes and company from matching, just as they did before.
