2. The Rams have shown they can win it all as the worst NFC division winner

Every season is different, but the Rams really showed us something this year. Some may have viewed them as a Super Bowl contender to some degree after trading for Stafford, but this team was able to handle a lot of adversity throughout the season. They lost key players to injury throughout the campaign. Los Angeles was able to run the gauntlet as the NFC’s No. 4 seed.

Though they only played one true road game this postseason, the Rams did beat Tom Brady and the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James. Most good teams would crack under the pressure of having to beat The GOAT’s team at his place, but not Stafford and the Rams. While they avoided cold weather, their 4-0 postseason run was still impressive.

In essence, the Rams showed us they can beat a multitude of teams in a multitude of ways. If they repeat as NFC West champs, that might be good enough for the No. 1 seed. Los Angeles would not have to play in bad weather all postseason in that case. But even if they have to go on the road next postseason, they have the balanced roster to be road warriors out of necessity if need be.

The NFC West may have been the most competitive division, but the cream did rise to the top.
