7. Will Clark

Will Clark is a former first baseman for the San Francisco Giants. He spoke about the Astros scandal in an interview with Julia Lopez posted on Twitter. Clark seemed to be confident in the idea that the Astros weren’t the only team cheating and suggested that there are ways for the teams to go around sign-stealing.

In the interview, Clark stated, “How can I put this mildly? They got caught. All the rest of us, we didn’t get caught. Look, sign stealing and stuff like that has gone on for a while. It’s just the way it was in baseball. You tried to get the third base coach’s signs. You tried to get the catcher’s signs. You tried to get all kinds of people’s signs to help you do your job — and they got caught.”

Clark has a great history with MLB and the Giants franchise. He retired in 2000, and his number will be retired later this season.
