Pick Analysis. AFC. Scouting Report. Tennessee Titans. 2. player. 35. South

The Tennessee Titans could replace A.J. Brown by trading for Terry McLaurin

Even though the Tennessee Titans added Robert Woods in free agency and drafted Treylon Burks out of Arkansas, they are probably going to need one more weapon to hold off the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC South race. Keep in mind that Tennessee traded former No. 1 wide receiver A.J. Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles during the NFL Draft, and let Julio Jones walk after one season.

The thought in adding McLaurin would be to get a more productive player when compared to Brown, all things considered, as Burks grows into his role as a professional. Again, adding Woods is a massive help, but keep in mind that he is coming off a serious injury. Plus, Woods thrived playing in an ensemble cast of a wide receiving corps when he starred with the Los Angeles Rams.

Given that McLaurin has played in utter chaos in Washington, getting a former first-round pick and Pro Bowl-caliber passer in Ryan Tannehill throwing him the ball would be huge. Even if Tannehill is not the long-term answer in Nashville, McLaurin could look to build a rapport around Malik Willis because their contracts would line up. Also, the Titans do not want McLaurin to play for the Colts.

With Derrick Henry potentially slowing down, the Titans need to improve its receiving corps fast.
