1. Dak Prescott, QB — Most Valuable Player

Since entering the league in 2016, Dak Prescott has been one of the most explosive passers in the NFL. He instantly elevated the Cowboys’ offense to an even higher level than it was with Tony Romo. Coming out of the gates firing, he led the Cowboys to a 13-3 record in his first year and threw for 3,667 yards and 23 touchdowns. He’s been consistently good since.

The Cowboys have the talent on offense to make a lot of noise. With a stud running back duo in Ezekiel Elliot and Tony Pollard, and receivers Lamb, Gallup, newly-signed James Washington and draft pick Jalen Tolbert, Prescott has plenty of weapons at his disposal.

Though he lost one of his top targets in Cooper, this shouldn’t prevent him from having another top-10 passing season. If the Cowboys can finally utilize their talent and youth, they are poised for a solid season. If Prescott leads the team to the playoffs once again while putting up career-highs in stats, which are both very doable, he has a solid shot at the MVP award in 2022.
