Will Fuller

Will Fuller was once a first-round draft selection of the Texans and had some solid production during his time in Houston.

In fact, in 2020 he averaged 16.6 yards per catch while putting up career highs with 879 receiving yards and eight touchdowns in 11 games.

The downside is why he played just 11 games. He was suspended six games for a violation of the NFL’s PED policy, which cost him the last five games of 2020 and the first game of 2021.

His move to Miami was supposed to give him a fresh start to continue reaching his potential. Instead, it went all wrong when he broke his thumb in Week 4 and missed the rest of the season.

Fuller’s injury record and suspension history may be a red flag for teams but he’s a 28-year-old who could be a strong addition if he can stay available.

Cole Beasley

Cole Beasley is the oldest of the three options presented here at 33 years old. He’s also the most productive over the last three years by far.

With 82 receptions in each of the last two seasons, Beasley was a safety blanket for Josh Allen in Buffalo. The Bills’ reason for cutting him wasn’t because of performance. He’s still a well-respected receiver around the league.

Of course, that’s probably why he’s still available as training camps begin. He’s committed to waiting for the right fit, both in terms of finances and chemistry.

The Packers would have to be willing to pay him more than the veteran minimum but he would be a big get if Rodgers and company could convince him to join.
