Fantasy football running back sleepers for week 3: J.D. McKissic, Washington Commanders

For those of you who are looking for PPR sleepers, look no further than J.D. McKissic, the pass-catching ace out of the Commanders’ backfield. While he had a quiet Week 1, he returned to form in Week 2 catching seven passes for 54 yards. While he won’t get as many carries, he’s the surefire passing down back for a team that has had to pass a lot so far.

The Commanders will likely be in come-from-behind mode this Sunday against the Eagles, meaning a likely heavy dose of McKissic. He’s a sneaky FLEX in PPR leagues, and a great value in DFS.

Fantasy football running back sleepers for week 3: Jamaal Williams, Detroit Lions

Much to the ire of D’Andre Swift owners, Jamaal Williams has remained an integral part of the Detroit Lions’ offense. Through two games, he’s rushed 23 times for 81 yards and two touchdowns. The Lions’ coaching staff seems intent on keeping him involved.

Though Swift is the lead back, and the more explosive back, Williams is getting enough volume to warrant FLEX consideration. Keep an eye on him this week in both regular fantasy as well as daily lineups.
