6. Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers

Undrafted Steelers rookie Jaylen Warren has been gaining steam recently, much to the dismay of fantasy managers who drafted Najee Harris in the first round. Last week, Warren led Steelers running backs in snaps and total yards, which is something that bears watching — especially when Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said this.

It’s becoming a situation to monitor in Pittsburgh, with Harris looking less effective and Tomlin seemingly a huge fan of Warren. The matchup for Warren isn’t great against Tampa Bay, but if he continues to see volume, it’s an encouraging sign. He can be a decent dart throw in DFS lineups.

5. Mike Boone, Denver Broncos

The Denver Broncos got to see what life was like without Javonte Williams in the offense — it was not pretty. The silver lining though is that their run game held up surprisingly decent against a sneaky good Colts run defense. Though Melvin Gordon was the starter, Mike Boone was a big part of that, totaling 85 yards on 10 touches.

This week, the Broncos will likely add Latavius Murray to the mix. It remains to be seen how much run he will get. Plus, Gordon was a midweek addition to the injury report with a rib issue. With Gordon banged up and Murray still new, Boone could see even more work than last week.
