1. Stanley Cup Playoffs

Come on, there’s one thing that NHL fans dream of attending — the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Watching playoff games can be exciting and tense, even if you have no rooting interest.

This is the opportunity to see teams end championship droughts, players hoist the Cup for the first time in their careers, or teams shock the hockey world by upsetting the proverbial favorites. There’s a lot going on.

Last season, we saw the New York Rangers making it to the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2015, the Tampa Bay Lightning make it to the Stanley Cup Final for the third consecutive year, and the Colorado Avalanche win their first Stanley Cup since 2001.

Witnessing a team advance in the playoffs or win the Stanley Cup live in person is too good of an opportunity to pass up. If that chance arrives, take it.
