No. 1: Colorado Buffaloes

Deion Sanders is coming for the Pac-12, folks. Get used to seeing talented players transfer to Boulder, Colorado as Coach Prime works on one of the toughest rebuilding projects in the country as he focuses on fixing a broken-down Buffaloes program.

A good way to accomplish that? Recruit at a high level. A good way to accomplish that and get some wins sooner rather than later? Open up the transfer portal as wide as possible and start pulling in ridiculous amounts of talent as quickly as possible.

Guys like Shadeur Sanders, Travis Hunter, and Tyler Brown will be moving from Jackson State to Boulder with Coach Prime. And that will help provide a foundation from which a solid program can be built by a very solid coach.

Now, it’s worth noting that Colorado has seen a number of players leave via the transfer portal. This isn’t just simply a wealth of players joining without guys leaving at all. But the Buffs won just one game a season ago. And it seems like Deion Sanders is focused on completely and totally rebuilding the program with the talent he wants on his roster.

With what he accomplished at Jackson State and how Sanders has proven a lot of skeptics and doubters wrong in a short amount of time, it’s fair to think that losing guys via the transfer portal won’t be the worst thing that could happen to Colorado.
