NFL Draft QB prospect power rankings: Will Levis, Kentucky

Will Levis had a down year as compared to his 2021 season at Kentucky with then-offensive coordinator Liam Coen. After losing Coen to the Los Angeles Rams, the Wildcats did not replace him adequately and the offensive struggled as a result. Levis had just 19 touchdowns to 10 interceptions this season, and struggled to find much consistency.

Levis has all the tools, including an easy throwing motion and some electric arm strength. He’s received some Josh Allen comparisons as he’s a dual-threat passer. Levis is expected to go somewhere in the middle of the first round, depending on how he performs at his Pro Day, the combine and elsewhere.

NFL Draft QB power rankings: Hendon Hooker, Tennessee

Hendon Hooker did plenty to improve his NFL Draft stock this season at Tennessee. In a spread offense, Hooker put up impressive numbers on a weekly basis, leading the Vols resurgence to relevancy in the process.

Unfortunately, Hooker’s season ended early with an ACL injury, which could also impact his NFL Draft preparation. Some experts have Hooker as a mid-round draft pick, and behind the likes of Florida’s Anthony Richardson. However, Hooker fared far better than Richardson during his college football season, and that has to count for something, no?

NFL Draft QB power rankings: Anthony Richardson, Florida

Some experts are far more bullish on Anthony Richardson than I am. He has dual-threat ability and can make jaws drop with gamebreaking plays. However, he’s also boom or bust and unpredictable as a passer.

Richardson has plenty of arm strength. He struggles with his accuracy at times. In 2022, Richardson passed for 3,000 yards and rushed for another 1,000. Overall, he had 36 touchdowns for a Florida offense which needed every one of them.
