3 galaxy brain trades the Bears would love to make this offseason

2. The Bears could trade Justin Fields to the Atlanta Falcons
The Bears could choose to trade Justin Fields. His value is quite high. He was a game-changer in 2022. Do you know a team that desperately needs a game-changer? The Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons haven’t had a player as skilled as Justin Fields since Michael Vick was tearing up the Georgia Dome. He would give Falcons fans flashbacks and seems to have a much better attitude.
To get Fields, the Falcons would have to pay dearly. We thought about making it Kyle Pitts and Drake London straight up, but the Bears have to fix this terrible offensive line. The Falcons were surprisingly great up front last season. Marcus Mariota had all the time in the world to make terrible decisions. Fields would still be great behind the line if they lose right tackle Kaleb McGary.
Meanwhile, the Bears are building massive pieces around Bryce Young. Kyle Pitts was expected to be an immediate superstar. It hasn’t come to fruition. He only had 28 catches and 356 yards. It’s not because he lacks talent. He lacks a quarterback. Get him Young, and this could rectify his career.
The value is still a little off, so the Falcons would have to add a 2nd-round pick. They won’t add the first, but a second seems to make the value a little more even.
