Indiana Pacers vs. San Antonio Spurs

Game Pace: Two teams in the top 10 for pace and the highest game total of the night at 238. These teams played in October and that game had a total of 271.

Injuries: Tyrese Haliburton is questionable with a calf strain. The Spurs get Devin Vassell back tonight, but Tre Jones, Malaki Branham, and Keldon Johnson are questionable.

Top Picks: The Haliburton injury news takes precedence here. If he plays, he is a great pick to go off against what is the NBA’s worst defense. If he sits, then many DFS players will be rostering TJ McConnell, who put up big numbers when Haliburton was out earlier in January. Myles Turner at $7400 is also a solid play in a prime spot to get a double-double and post 40-50 DKFP.

Keldon Johnson is questionable but should be able to hit close to 6x value if he plays. Devin Vassell will be back but is certain to have a minute restriction.

Value Picks: Buddy Hield took just two shots against Dallas on Tuesday. Hield is one of the more frustrating players in DFS, very much dependent on putting up big scoring numbers to be worth rostering. But if you’re ever going to play Hield then tonight is the night. His salary is down to $5600 and he should hoist 8-12 3-point shots tonight. If Haliburton sits, Hield is an even more attractive play.

If I had to play a Spur for value, it would be Jeremy Sochan tonight. He should hit value in a high-scoring game, especially if some of the Spurs sit tonight.
