Most Likely to be President: Chicago Red Stars

Honoring their rebuild and rebrand, the Chicago Red Stars dropped the ‘Foundation’ kit. With off-season struggles a plenty including an ownership that is still in question, the Red Stars found their stability through this excellent home kit.

This kit has an air of regality about it: the clean lines of the black on black, the stand-out pattern of the red stars in the center, it feels exactly how it’s been portrayed, like a foundation. This kit demands confidence from the wearer, and hopefully, the Red Stars will get some of that much-needed confidence in their new threads this season. And that confidence earns it the title of President of the NWSL kits.
