Best available NBA free agent shooting guards: 2. Jordan Clarkson

Jordan Clarkson is a very solid bench contributor who is looking for one last big deal with his age starting to creep up on him. He might have lost some money but not getting traded to a playoff-worthy team at the deadline. The sixth man is a scoring machine and can get buckets constantly. It would be really interesting to see Clarkson on a playoff contender again and plenty of teams in this postseason could use him.

A team with title aspirations should look to make a move for Clarkson. By all accounts, Clarkson is a well-respected veteran in the locker room. If the Rockets chose to overpay a bit on descending contract (after the first year), they would be a very interesting fit with Clarkson. Teams like the Mavericks and Cavaliers could be great fits if they can clear the cap space.
