4. The host cities
Looking for an occasion for a vacation? Another reason to attend the All-Star Weekend is to explore the location. Each season, the event takes place in a different city. In 2024, the event is being held in Toronto, Ontario. The vibrant city, home of an Original Six team, will welcome hockey fans for the big weekend. Toronto is home to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, Ontario Science Centre, and more.
In 2023, the festivities were hosted in Sunrise, Florida. The warm South Florida location was a draw, especially with the event taking place in the winter. Fans attending the All-Star Game had the opportunity to enjoy the All-Star Beach Festival. In 2022, the event was held in Paradise, Nevada. Fans were in proximity to all Las Vegas has to offer.
No matter where the event takes place, it draws a crowd from near and far. The NHL has plenty of activities throughout the weekend to entertain fans, but exploring is a must, too. The host city is a big part of the overall experience.
