Alissa Pili may not be getting the spotlight like Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, Cameron Brink, and Rickea Jackson, but there are plenty of WNBA teams that could use her.

1. Connecticut Sun

The best fit for Pili is the Connecticut Sun because of their current roster build and the fact that they are a contender. She would be able to come in and learn from the likes of DeWanna Bonner, Alyssa Thomas, Brionna Jones, DiJonai Carrington, and Tiffany Mitchell.

If Pili is drafted by the Sun, she will be able to develop at her own pace while still contributing to awinning team. Her versatility will help her gel with Connecticut instantly because she can impact the game in multiple ways.

Connecticut finished 2023 shooting 36 percent from 3 and 44.5 percent from the floor. Pili will be able to help the team in both areas and she will add to their overall depth.

Having her develop on the fly and gain playoff experience early will only benefit her long-term development and help the Suns bridge the gap from this current contender to the next iteration of the team as some of their veterans age out.
