The WWE is airing their annual December pay-per-view event “Tables, Ladders, and Chairs from Cleveland, Ohio on Sunday night. One of the first matches pitted Dolph Ziggler competing for the Intercontinental Championship in a ladder match.
It is particularly notable for Ziggler because Cleveland is his home town. Ziggler, along with fellow Cleveland native and WWE superstar The Miz, attended the Cleveland Browns game earlier in the day.
Unfortunately Dolph Ziggler couldn’t see a Browns victory, as they were blown out by the Cincinnati Bengals. But Ziggler is a true fan and still paid homage to the Browns wearing a special pair of trunks with the Browns logo.
He posted them to his Twitter and debated wearing them.
Ultimately he followed through and wore them en route to winning the Intercontinental Championship.
