The NBA has four games ready to roll this Thursday, so get your DFS fantasy basketball team ready with today’s FanDuel daily picks.

After a busy day yesterday and before another busy day lined up for tomorrow, the NBA has a fairly slow schedule on this Thursday with four games to focus on tonight. While the frenetic pace of fantasy points that we had last night and can expect tomorrow will be lacking from tonight, the games will be easier to keep track of and monitor as the night goes on. To see who I think you should think about getting on your fantasy basketball roster for tonight, check out FanSided’s FanDuel daily picks on the following slides.

More from FanDuel

Like most mid-week contests, tonight’s games tip off at 7:00 which will lock in the rosters for the night on FanDuel.  The first game of the night is at the Verizon Center in DC as the Lakers visit the Wizards. At 8:00, TNT tips off their double-header with the Rockets hosting the Hawks followed at 8:30 by the Sixers in San Antonio to face the Spurs. The fourth and final game of the night is the TNT closer as the Warriors travel to LA to face the Clippers after dismantling the Hornets last night in Oakland. It’s worth noting that he Hawks, Warriors, Clippers, and 76ers are playing for the second night in a row while the Rockets and Lakers are the only two teams in action tonight who have to turn around for another game tomorrow.

Those eight teams actually give us lots of different ways to play tonight’s fantasy basketball contests. Over the next few slides in our FanDuel daily picks for the day, you can find the matchups I think you should try to attack. The picks are sorted into a “high-value” slide and a “high-salary” slide for each position. Each pick is ranked on a scale of 1-5 stars to indicate the confidence in the pick. The final slide of this post has more detail on what each level means, but the short version is that more stars means more confidence on a points-per-dollar basis.

Just one other quick reminder, every day the goal of this post is to provide information so that you can make your own informed decisions. I do include my personal lineup on the final slide, but my intent is not for you to copy-and-paste my lineup. Instead, I think you should customize your own lineup for yourself to get the players you like the most and will enjoy cheering for. Normally, my lineups are designed for the more predictable, lower-risk cash games instead of than the highly volatile, high-risk GPP contests.

If you find this info helpful, drop a bookmark on the fantasy basketball hub to find this kind of post about FanDuel every day along with a similar one for DraftKings. In this post, all references to fantasy points and salary refer to FanDuel scoring and salaries, but if you want to give DraftKings a try, head over to the hub and find that post for today. If you have any other questions or thoughts or are looking for any updates as the games get closer, follow @FanSidedFantasy on Twitter or you can follow my personal account @ZT_sports where I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have and help you get your lineup set.

Let’s tip off tonight’s FanDuel daily picks with a look at the star PG to play tonight before getting to some of the cheaper but still solid options at the position.
