Fantasy football is back and daily fantasy is taking the forefront. There are some awesome prices on Fanduel to take advantage of this week.

It’s been seven long months since we were making our last daily NFL fantasy lineup for the Super Bowl. Those who had Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski were happy with the results, and those who expected Patrick Mahomes to carry the day with no offensive line were not. That’s the thrill of daily fantasy football. Anything can happen on any given Sunday. For the first Sunday slate of the season, there are some awesome matchups that come with really good prices.

Fanduel has literally hundreds of different games for the main Sunday slate which combines the teams playing at 1 and 4 p.m., but we will focus on the main $3.5 million pot.

The best Week 1 Fantasy Football lineup from FanDuel

Week 1 comes with some major question marks. There are teams who still haven’t named a starting quarterback (well, one team). Running back committees might come into the season with a perceived 50/50 split, but then one surprising player becomes the bell cow back. Guessing who that is going to be can be the difference between falling out of the money and winning one of the grand prizes.

Daily fantasy needs to be an even split between star players and smart fliers. In Week 1, there are places where you can get a deal. It’s unlike a normal fantasy football draft where almost everyone knows who is going to go where. Think the third string running back on the Washington Football Team could get a look? Take a shot, it could mean getting two star wide receivers. Here is our strategy for Week 1 on Fanduel.
