Just days after we saw two, grown men in a near scuffle over a baseball bat which ended with one of them being nearly choked out with the said bat, we’re witnesses to such behavior again.

More from Chicago White Sox

This time though, it’s equally as strange as one of the men involved in the wrestling match is wearing a neck brace.

It all went down during Saturday night’s game between the Los Angeles Angels and Chicago White Sox.

With the Sox up 5-0 in the of the 8th inning, first baseman Adam Dunn lost control of his bat and it ended up flipping its way up through the first rows of seats behind the third base dugout.

It looked to bounce into the area of a man wearing a White Sox jacket, also equipped with a brace around his neck. But as he was attempting to pull the bat towards him, a man sitting near latched on and the two began to have a tug-o-war with the wooden stick.

The two men went back and forth for a few minutes while two unsuspecting women who were sandwiched between the two looked on.

Seriously – it’s just a bat, guys. And from Adam Dunn, no less.

Yes, bringing one home from a game is a pretty neat souvenir but I’m not sure it’s worth wrestling for in front of thousands of fans and many more on television. You might end up getting blasted all over the internet for your trials and tribulations.

Sadly, it didn’t appear as if the neck brace man came out victorious.
