After a 40th minute goal by Ryan Finley, Wilmer Cabrera’s Chivas USA lost a penalty shootout to the Carolina RailHawks in the U.S. Open Cup by the score of 1(3)-1(2) at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, N.C. Chivas will look to get their act together when they host Real Salt Lake at StubHub Center in Carson, Calif. on June 28.
