RGIII can’t be totally held to blame for the Redskins’ horrendous 2013 season. But, for the team to put that completely behind them and turn it around for 2014, the pressure lands squarely on RGIII’s shoulders.

The way last season played out with Mike Shanahan and Robert Griffin III was painful and uncomfortable to watch. What was worse than that was the way the football team as a whole played. The team was horrid from top to bottom, from defense to special teams it was just a crap show. Now enters Jay Gruden to save the day.

While Gruden has some pressure on him, it’s not nearly the amount RGIII has. The team literally invested everything in Griffin so his third season had better be his best one yet.
