Atlanta Falcons (2-6)

We thought last season was an outlier, but it’s looking more and more like this team isn’t very good.

Sure, they have Julio Jones and Matt Ryan, but the offensive line is a mess, the defensive front is much worse than we expected and the team just isn’t playing well.

Having lost five in a row heading into the bye week, they need a break and besides the week off, they get Tampa Bay when they return—a team they smothered in Week 3.

But then it’s Carolina, a surprisingly tough Cleveland, Arizona, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, New Orleans and then Carolina again.

It’s a tough second half for the Falcons, who are staring down the barrel of a terrible record.
