FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-February 19

High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook-Oklahoma City Thunder (10,800): The big name PG’s are all in action tonight with the exception of Chris Paul.  The option I like the most among the three options over 10K is Russell Westbrook who will be at home against the Pacers tonight.  Westbrook went into the break with at least 23 points in eight of his last nine games, at least eight rebounds in nine of his last ten games, and at least seven assists in each of his last ten games.  Westbrook is a 20-10-10 play just about every night and can go off for even more if he’s in a close, competitive, high-scoring game like he should be tonight.  While Paul George and Kevin Durant are the more fascinating head-to-head matchup, Russell Westbrook should be able to take it to George Hill and be able to post another impressive stat line tonight.∗∗∗

Damian Lillard-Portland Trail Blazers (9,100): While Russell Westbrook and Stephen Curry are both great plays as always, don’t overlook Curry’s opponent tonight, Damian Lillard.  Lillard rolled into the All Star break with at least 45 fantasy points in three of his last four games including a pair of 50-fantasy-point performances.  Tonight, he’ll open the second half for the Blazers against the Warriors in Portland.  When the two teams played earlier this year, Lillard posted a massive 40 points, ten assists, three rebounds, two blocks, and two steals in a 20-point Blazers’ loss. He’ll hope to keep the game closer tonight, but he’ll need to run the Portland offense very efficiently and effectively tonight making him a nice play at almost 2K cheaper than Westbrook and Curry. ∗∗∗∗

Kemba Walker-Charlotte Hornets (8,700): Walker entered the break with some nice momentum as well posting at least 37 fantasy points in each of his last four games after missing a game with knee soreness early in the month.  Walker had at least 20 points, five rebounds, and five assists in each of those contests, and he’ll continue to be the focus of the Hornets attack as they take on the Bucks tonight in Milwaukee.  Walker won’t have Michael Kidd-Gilchrist in the starting lineup any more, but he is expected to get Al Jefferson back from his injury. The Hornets offense continues to be in flux a bit as a result of the injuries and returns, but it all runs through Walker giving him a chance to produce a good line tonight. ∗∗∗

Jrue Holiday-New Orleans Pelicans (7,600): In one of the more interesting point guard matchups of the night, Holiday and the Pelicans will face his former team the Philadelphia 76ers who will start Ishmael Smith who started the season as a fill-in for the Pelicans.  In the “Trading Spaces” special of the night, Holiday should be set up for success since Smith is a below-average defender and the Sixers have been getting beaten badly by opposing PG.  Holiday finished the first half on a high note with at least 42 fantasy points and 21 points in three straight games before the break.  He should be extra motivated to take on the team that traded him tonight. ∗∗∗∗

Derrick Rose-Chicago Bulls (6,800): With Jimmy Butler out for a few more weeks, Rose will continue to shoulder the load int he Bulls’ offense.  Last night, he scored 28 points in 30 minutes while adding seven rebounds and just two assists on his way to 38.4 fantasy points. He’s in a tough matchup tonight against Kyle Lowry and the Raptors, but as long as it’s Rose’s show in Chicago look for him to put up good fantasy numbers and be a steal at under 7K. ∗∗∗∗∗

Mike Conley-Memphis Grizzlies (6,700): Memphis was active at the deadline shuffling the pieces around Conley in the starting lineup as Courtney Lee and Jeff Green were traded away and Marc Gasol is still out with his foot injury.  Conley will have to take a more active role in the offense as a result and showed how well he can do that with two solid games of over 33 fantasy points before the break. He’s in a good matchup tonight against the Timberwolves who have allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing PG so far this season, so look for Conley to be productive as one of the new focal points of the offense. ∗∗
