3. Marco Estrada-Toronto Blue Jays (40.1%)

Estrada has been my top pick in this feature already this season which shows how deep tonight’s options are that he’s my #3 option tonight.  He hasn’t been able to get a win since Opening Day, but that has been in large part to lack of run support.  He comes into tonight’s start with a solid 2.92 ERA and 1.34 WHIP and has an impressive 25 K’s in his 24.2 innings.

In his last start, Estrada kept the red-hot White Sox scoreless for six innings before running into trouble int he seventh and giving up three runs. He took the loss, but overall he continued his solid first month of the season especially considering the competition.

Tonight, he should find things a little easier going as he faces the Rangers at Rodgers Centre.  Estrada has been much better at home over the last two seasons and went 0-1 against Texas last season despite a 1.50 ERA.  Hopefully, his luck will turn and he’ll get some run support tonight so he can get the W to go with his K’s.
