4. Nick Tropeano-Los Angeles Angels (6.3%)

Tropeano is starting to become a regular here in our fantasy baseball streaming pitchers and is in a place to succeed again tonight as he continues looking for his second sin of the season.  He’s taken three straight no-decisions after winning his fist start of the year, but will hope to get the “W” tonight against the Brewers in Milwaukee.

The one knock on Tropeano is that he hasn’t been going deep into games and has yet to complete the sixth inning.  He has allowed two runs or fewer in each start, though, resulting in a 2.11 ERA despite a scary 1.55 WHIP.  He has 20 strikeouts in his 21.1 innings and fanned six Royals in his last outing against Kansas City.

Tropeano should be able to find success tonight against the Brewers if he can get his control in line.  He hasn’t’t gotten much run support, but his strikeout potential makes him worth the risk if you need K’s and get get one of my top three options for tonight.
